Question. Has my item shipped?

Answer. We generally try to ship items the day after purchase and cleared payment. We send tracking emails once an item has been shipped. Please allow us at least 2 business days to process and ship your item.

Question. Is tinting my own windows easy?

Answer. With our products and instructions, the average person can accomplish tinting your own windows. Offroad vehicles and equipment are difficult to trailer and haul to a tint shop and leave overnight. Therefore, DIY tint kits are a convenient economical option.

Question. My windshield is Polycarbonate Plastic. I've read online that tint will not stick to it. Is this true? 

Answer. Your correct that regular glass window tint film will not stick to Polycarbonate windows without failing. Our tint kits for Polycarbonate and Plexiglass Windows have specialized tint that is made to work with Polycarbonate and Plexiglass Windows.

Question. How difficult is your Headlight Taillight tint to install?

Answer. The material we use is the easiest on the market today to install. It goes on without water or soap, air bubbles squeegee out easily, it stretches easily for curves, our kit doesn't require removing the headlight taillight lense or housing.

Question. How can I get in contact with your tech support for my installation. 

Answer. Every kit comes with our email address as well as our phone number for tech support. We're happy to assist if needed.

Question. Do you offer precut tint or can you make a precut tint kit for a machine not currently listed on your website?

Answer. We only offer precut tint kits for machines listed on our website. Sorry, but we are not able to make up a precut tint kit for random machines at will.
